Louise Johnson was born on October 19, 1939 in Cameron, Texas to the late Arbin and Estell McCollough.
She worked as a domestic worker until she retired. Louise was a faithful member of the Church of the Living God Pillar Ground of the Truth for over 50 years, where she was an active member in her church. She loved helping with Meals on wheels and singing in the choir. She was also a member of the Mission Women’s Christian Service.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents; Arbin and Estell McCollough, her husband; Elmer Johnson (May 8, 1986), her sister; Shirley McCollough King and her granddaughter; Sonya Hearne.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her daughters and their spouses; Katie Hearne Reece & Elder Fred Reece of Wichita Falls, Peggy Hearne Andrews and Minister Glenn Andrews of Vernon, Florida and Beverly Ballard of Wichita Falls. Her sister; Clara Beatty of Wichita Falls, her half brother; Carl Owens of Clarksville, Texas, her brother in law; Woodrow King of Wichita Falls.
Her grandchildren; Christopher Johnson, whom she raised, Kisha Hearne, Angela Hearne, Derrick Hearne, Sr. all of Wichita Falls. Temesha McDonald, Ceyla Vassar, Chikita Andrews all of Florida. Fourteen great grandchildren; Crystal Johnson, Douglas Johnson Walters, Tremonyea Brown, Tremon Brown, Jr., Jordan Hearne, Derricka Hearne, Jasmine Hearne all of Wichita Falls. Mikaela Carroll of Ft. Worth, Malik McDonald, Iyana McDonald and RaeKwon McDonald all of Florida. Derrick Hearne, Jr., Brooklyn Hearne and Brandon Hearne of Fort Worth.
Five great great grandchildren; Faith Johnson, Sernitii Johnson, Ja’tadence Johnson, Kadarius Howard and Mataous Johnson.
Nephews; Bobby Beatty, Joe Beatty, Jr. and Nathan Alexander all of Wichita Falls. Nieces; Brenda Beatty, Narisa King, Cheryl King all of Wichita Falls, Diann Beatty Sheppard of San Angelo, Pamala Triggs of Arlington, Jacquelyne Harley of North Carolina. A special friend; Kevin Hall of Dallas and a host of other relatives and friends.
