Djuana was born on January 7, 1970 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister and proud grandmother. She was loved by all who knew her. Djuana graduated from Eisenhower High School in Lawton, OK., attended Cosmetology School and later owned a Beauty Supply Store in Lawton.

She moved back to Wichita Falls and entered into the healthcare field as a phlebotomist. Her last place of employment was at Holiday Inn.

The greatest joy in her life was spending time with her boys.

She was preceded in death by her mother; Y'vonne Lacy Flye.

Djuana leaves to cherish her memory her children; Marcus Matthews, Djuan Matthews (Kara) and  Darrione Frazier, her father; Dwight McFadden, Sr., her brother; Dwight McFadden, II. (Ngonyo), her grandchildren; Bryson and Kaileia Matthews, her grandmother; Ruby Lacy-Robinson, aunt; Linda Lacy- Williams,  uncle; Jimmy Lacy, stepfather; Roosevelt Flye, Jr., four step brothers, other relatives and friends.

In regards to her wishes no formal services will be scheduled.
