Reflections of Her Life

Addie lee was born 10/27/1938 in Crockett,Texas to the late Lee Andrew Thompson and Ruby Thompson. She attended Gudeblye Public School in the Hopewell Community.
Addie came to Wichita Falls, TX. in 1954, she united in Matrimony early in life to Eldred Beal, and Later in life to Harold Lee.
Addie loved caring for her family and people, therefore she became a Certified Nurse Assistant where she worked for Bethania Hospital for over 25 yrs. She was very active in her community, she was a longtime member at Eastside Baptist Church where she served on the Usher board. Addie was also active in the CB Club, and a part of the Company A Daughters of Faith Temple 880 which served the Community. Addie loved life, she loved fashion, she loved to travel, and spending time with her family.
Addie was known for being an encourager and motivator to her loved ones. She never met a stranger.
Addie Lee departed this life on Monday July 29th 2019. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters Annie Louise Bowie, Corrie Dell Alexander and Audrey Lee Hall. Two brothers Tom Thompson and Jessie Lee Thompson.
Addie leaves to cherish her memory: four daughters; Onita Black of Plano,TX, Brenda Brown of Kansas City, Mo, Obera Beal of Plano, TX. and Santa Palmer of Wichita Falls TX. Three sisters; Ruby Lee Thompson and Mary Jones of Crockett, TX, and Betty Lou Newman of Fort Worth, TX. One brother; Alvin Ray Thompson of Fort Worth, TX. and grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
