Santa Anita Palmer was born on December 22, 1961, at General Hospital in Wichita Falls, TX to the late Eldred Beal and Addie Bell Lee. She was raised in Wichita Falls where she attended Wichita Falls High School. As a young girl she attended Eastside Baptist Church where she was baptized.
Santa was preceded in death by her partner Edward Peeler and her parents, Eldred Beal and Addie Bell Lee.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her three daughters, Kimberly Caleb of Orlando, Florida; Tamara Carter of Porter, Texas; and Dominek Palmer of Austin, Texas; Two sons, Gerald Palmer of Wichita Falls, TX; and Terrence Palmer of Huntsville, TX. Four sisters, Onita Black of Plano, TX; Brenda Brown of Kansas City, MO; Obera Beal of Plano, TX and Pamela Boyd of Mansfield, LA. One brother James Beal of Ft. Worth, TX. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, other relatives and friends that loved her dearly.
