Sandra Lynn (Baumgartner) Martinez

             Our beloved mother, grandmother, and sister Sandra Lynn (Baumgartner) Martinez, age 68, of Sykesville, MD (a former resident of Wichita Falls) became absent from the body and present with her Lord Jesus Christ on February 27, 2020.
            Sandra was born on June 2, 1951 to Daniel and Pearl Baumgartner in Polson, Montana.  She married her sweetheart, Dr. Dionisio Martinez in June of 1976 who preceded her in death. Her parents and her brother, Leonard Baumgartner also preceded her in death.
She was the loving mother of Michelle Morrison, and a devoted grandmother to Mikaylynn, Alisha, Aubrie, and Melody Morrison of Sykesville, Maryland. She was also a dear sister of Priscilla (Baumgartner) Romero (Spouse John) of Albuquerque, Charles Baumgartner (Spouse Patti) of Missoula, and Sheila (Baumgartner) Reum of Polson.  She is also survived by 6 nephews and 3 nieces.
We are extremely blessed to have Sandra in our lives. The finger prints of her love, kindness, and generosity will forever be imprinted upon us. She gave so much and expected nothing in return. We are happy to know she is at home in her loving Father’s house, fully known, loved, and in peace with Him. We shall see her again. To God be all the glory!

Gravesite services held Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Rosemont Cemetery with Reverend Floyd Stevenson officiating.
