Roy Edward Lee

Roy Edward Lee (Cole) was born October 11, 1954 to Dorothy Ann Sanders (Cole) in Wichita Falls, Texas. He attended public schools in Wichita Falls, Texas, Booker T. Washington Elementary and Hirschi High School. 
After receiving his G.E.D. he attended college for ministry and culinary arts. He worked as a cook at the Ambassador suites in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 
Roy later served a few years in the United States Army. 
He moved back to Wichita Falls, Texas in 2008 and attended Welch St. Church of Christ.
Roy departed this life on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in Wichita Falls, Texas. 
He was preceded in death by his mother; Dorothy Ann Sanders (Cole), grandmother; Willie Mae Sanders, his aunt; Nan Griggs, brother;  Willie Eugene Hall and granddaughter; Sarenytie Minor.
Those left behind to cherish his memories: One Son;  Michael L. Minor, stepson; Billy Minor, two granddaughters; Queiana Minor and A’Naudya Minor, sons mother;  Laurisa (Karla M.) Ford all of Wichita Falls, Texas and one niece; LaQuisha Hall of Alexandria, Virginia. Also a host of friends and classmates.
