Roosevelt Lee, Jr. was born on July 11, 1962 in Vernon, Texas to the late Roosevelt and Pearlie Mae Lee, Sr. He attended school in Vernon, Texas and graduated from Vernon High School where he excelled in basketball.
He was employed at Piccadilly Cafeteria in Wichita Falls for a number of years. Roosevelt loved the Dallas Cowboys, DC4L. 
He married the love of his life, Alana Witherspoon Lee on October 7, 2011. 
Roosevelt was a lovable person and was loved by all who he encountered, especially his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roosevelt Lee Sr. and Pearlie Mae Lee and his sister, Georgia Mathis.
Roosevelt is survived by his loving wife, Alana Lee, his children; Roosevelt Lee, III., Tiffany Richardson, Derek Witherspoon, Russell Witherspoon, Andre Witherspoon and Valita Nelson. His sister, Ruby Lee and brother, McKinley Lee. His nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, niece, Meadiol Lee and nephew, Dewan Lee. Also a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
