Lorene Whitmore Lollie  was born on January 3, 1946 as a twin to the awaiting arms of Monticure Whitmore and Roberta Daniels Whitmore in Kilgore, Texas. 
She attended Kilgore Schools, graduating from C.B. Dansby High School Class of 1964. Lorene along with all of her siblings were raised in a christian home. They were baptized and longtime members of the Kilgore Baptist Church. 
Lorene married Freddie Lollie on May 29, 1974 at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel, Kilgore, Texas. Their union was blessed with five sons.
She along with her sister, Louise began attending Miracle Temple (Victory Temple) Church of God in Christ under the late Supt. Riley Hicks. She remained there for many years, faithfully serving God. At Victory Temple she was also under Elder Robert Hicks and later joined Noah’s Ark Church, Elder James Elder. She was licensed as a Evangelist Missionary in the Church of God in Christ in 1997.
Lorene worked for many years in the food service department at Kilgore College. Lorene was an avid sports fan, she had all of her boys active in many different sports. She loved to attend the games, loudly cheering in the stands.
She loved children is an understatement, she would welcome and help out any child she could. Her kind and loving spirit was so evident in her daily life. She was so nice, that is seemed others were taking advantage of her.
On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, Missionary Lollie accepted a call that no one can refuse. The master gently took her hand and whispered, “Well Done”.
Those that patiently awaited her arrival are her sons, Luke Lollie and Lonnie Carraway, her parents, Monticure and Roberta Daniels-Whitmore. Her siblings; Geraldine Nichols, Eli Whitmore, M.C. Whitmore, Etta Whitmore- Amey, Isreal Whitmore, Louise Whitmore-Ainsworth, Morene Whitmore and Carolyn Whitmore.
Those that will cherish her memory forever are her husband of over 50 years, Freddie Lollie, her children; J.T. Carraway, Jr., (Trametria), Freddie Lollie and Mark Lollie (Sherice). Her grandchildren; Jerin Carraway, Jordan Carraway, Jessica Carraway, Jaden Carraway, Jillian Carraway, Jazmine Carraway, Jay T. Carraway, Mar’shalia Lollie, Luke Lollie and Ashton Lollie. Her last remaining sister, Daisy Whitmore - Riggs. Her god children, Donald Coleman and Mesha Coleman. Special Nephew, Matthew Ainsworth (Shelley). A host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
