Kyle Brent Nickerson went home to be with his Lord on Monday, August 23, 2021 in Wichita Falls, Texas at the age of 63.

Kyle attended and graduated from Burkburnett High School in 1976. He was a letterman in multiple sports and an active student council member.

Kyle's love and passion were baseball, football and basketball for the Bulldogs. He was nominated in 1976 to attend Boys State. He attended Texas Tech University for a year after graduating high school.

During high school his Distributing Education job was in the pharmacy department at the Corner Drug Store downtown Burkburnett. He pursued a long career in the automotive parts industry as a counter salesman. Kyle had a big heart and would help anyone in need. His infectious smile will be missed by all.

He is preceded in death by Zell Schmidt (Mother), Charles Nickerson (Father), and Jack Schmidt (Stepfather).

He is survived by; his aunt, Dewanda McKinley, uncle, Greg Williams and several cousins.
