Jourdyn Khalil Matthew Jones was born  to Bridgett Letice and Johnny Matthew Jones  on Monday July 4th 2000 in Roswell New Mexico. In 2007 The family moved to Dallas Texas where Jourdyn lived until he moved to Wichita Falls in 2022. Jourdyn was preceded in death by his father Johnny Matthew Jones who passed away in 2021.. Jourdyn Jones leaves behind Mother Bridgett Jones, brothers Terry Damaren Helton, Tishawn Jahmai Helton, TeAndraye Jaanai Helton and Sateiva Jones, Maternal Grandmother Ann Margaret Helton, an Uncle Gerald Davis, Aunts Telicia Helton, Ladonna Carr, four nieces, three nephews, cousins , host of friends and a very special friend Carly Ballard, who took Jourdyn under her wing solidifying a lasting relationship. Jourdyn Jones was witty, a hugger, full of life and lived with the hope that he would get to accomplish his dreams. Jourdyn had a big heart and a big laugh to go with it, he was giving, considerate, helpful, kind and had a gentle spirit Jourdyn Khalil had a smile big as Texas he never let things bother him even when he felt down he wore that smile like a badge of courage. He loved his family, and close friends, he was empathetic and felt other peoples pain, went out his way to be there with a hug or words of encouragement, He was joyful with a heart that was full of love and his servitude unmatched. Sadly Jourdyn died protecting the ones he cared about earning the title Hero for putting his life before others, yes he will always be remembered with love. Jourdyn Khalil Matthew Jones is gone from this life but not from the hearts and minds of those whose life he touched. We will miss you Jourdyn “JoJo” Jones. Gods Grace is sufficient.
