Jerry Darlene Harrison

Jerry Darlene Harrison, passed away on February 22, 2024 , Burkburnett, Tx. Born on September 22, 1958, to the loving parents Mary Drake and Melvin Harrison, Jerry was a cherished member of her family and community.

Jerry was preceded in death by her siblings Thomas Harrison, Harlan Harrison, Jessie Harrison, and Juanita Washburn. She is survived by her siblings Melvin Harrison, Robert Harrison, and Terry Drake. Jerry is also survived by her children, Jessie De Los Santos and son-in-law Luis De Los Santos, Miracle Mills and son-in-law Lee White, and her beloved grandchildren Nevaeh De Los Santos, Hailie Knox, Kaden Childs, David Childs, Sarah Wood, Kendall Rushin, Christopher Childs, Logan Knox, August Whisenant, Genesis Whisenant, and Shiloh Whisenant.

Jerry was a devout member of the Christian community and was known for her kind and loving nature. Her favorite prayer to say was the Serenity Prayer. She enjoyed spending time with her family and neighbors, reading her bible, watching TV, doing yard work, and taking care of her cherished dogs Momo, Squeaky, and Shorty.

Described as a very loving person, Jerry was someone you always wanted to be around. She had a strong sense of protectiveness towards her family and had made significant strides in her personal journey, reaching nearly four years of sobriety before her passing.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Jerry's life will be held on March 9, 2024, at Romans Revival Ministries in Burkburnett, TX. at 2:30 PM. The service will be open to all who wish to pay their respects to this remarkable woman.

Jerry Darlene Harrison will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace, knowing she was loved and cherished by many.
