Jeffrey Edward Campbell was born on March 30, 1970 to the parentage of Nancy Louise Leonard and Finus Milton Campbell. He was the oldest of four children.

Jeff attended and graduated from Foss High School. He worked at Nintendo for over 20 years, where he met his wife, Helen V. Hollinger. They were married on November 11, 2003 and that love lasted for over 19 years.

Jeff was a good man, he loved to travel and was a very hospitable person. He loved his family, especially his mom, Nancy, his aunt, Carroll and his children.

He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Helen, his children, Uniquea', Anna Belle Keilo,  Kemar and three grandchildren. His mother, Nancy, his aunt, Carroll and three siblings, Tanisha, Shakira, Bruce, Jr.
