Gloria Jean Holder, a beautiful soul was gifted to this world on April 8th, 1978 at Sheppard Air Force Base to the awaiting and loving arms of Lawrence and Emma Sue Holder, Sr.
Gloria, aka “Tweety Bird” received her education in the Wichita Falls Public School System, graduating from John Hirschi High School, Class of 1996. As Hirschi she thrived in several extra curricular activities, such as JROTC, Meals on Wheels, Basketball assistant manager and many more.
After graduating high school, she began volunteer work with the Hirschi Women's Basketball Team and loved to help with any and all assignments lead by Leta Lofton.
She enjoyed many hobbies such as playing dominoes, cards, fishing, attending rodeos, going to the fair and attending sporting events.
On January 3, 2025, Gloria accepted and attained her greatest achievement ever, being in God’s Eternal Splendor.
Gloria leaves to cherish her beautiful memory, her son, Lawrence Holder, II.(Madison), her beloved parents, Lawrence Holder, Sr and Emma Sue Holder. Her brother, Lawrence Holder, Jr, her sisters, Bonnie Holder and Bonita Holder. One grandchild, Jeremias, honorary siblings, Misty Parrish, the late Princess Boyd, Connie Ali, Bill Simpson and Godparents, Mr. James and Mrs. Juanita Boyd. A host of Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and other relatives and friends.
