Flora Russell Obituary

Flora Bell Russell was born to the union of the late Neil and Roberta Hardeman on March 21, 1943 in Goree, Texas. She was the second of seven siblings raised by Mr. and Mrs. Neil Hardeman. Flora attended school in Goree and Munday, TX. Three of her siblings Wayne Hardeman, King Hardeman and Maggie Castillo all preceded her in death.
Flora married Eddie Junior Russell (deceased). During their marriage, she birthed a daughter, Flora Lee Russell who died shortly after parturition.
She worked many years for Sears and Roebuck in Wichita Falls.  She was a member of  Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Flora loved riding the city bus.
Mrs. Russell was loved by a great multitude of people. She was well-known for babysitting the children of close family and friends. She had a very affectionate relationship and close ties with her family; especially her existing sisters, Charlene, Willie and Sandra. Her nieces and nephews were also her pride and joy.
She leaves behind her remaining sisters, Willie Jean Allen of Goree, TX and Sandra Owens and Charlene Harris both of Wichita Falls, TX. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
