Clemmie Felder Obituary

Mr. Clemmie Felder was born on February 18, 1917 to the parentage of Richard and Ella Felder in Brenham, Texas. 
He attended Moody Elementary School in Moody, Texas and attended Waco High School in Waco, TX.
In 1941 he married Gertrude Smith and to that union a baby boy, Lloyd Felder was born.
Clemmie served his country in the U.S. Army from December 30, 1942 until December 9, 1946 as a PFC. While in service he was awarded two Bronze Stars.
Later on he was employed with New Way Cleaners for 27 years and retired from W.R. Grace/ Cryovac.
In 1976, Mr. Felder asked his best friend, his prayer warrior and the other half of his heart to be his wife, Ms. Elouise Jones, she accepted.
She brought with her four young men; Charles E. Jones, Jr., Billy Jones, Don R. Jones and her baby boy, Tyrone Jones. Mr. Felder became “Pops” to her four young men.
Brother Felder was a longtime member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church of Wichita Falls.
Mr. Felder and his bride; Elouise stayed together until death parted them March 22, 2018.
On November 14, 2020 at 5:50 PM, Mr. Felder answered that call that informed him, he had accomplished all he was sent here on earth to do and now it was time to be rewarded.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Richard and Ella Felder, his wife of 42 years, Elouise Felder, his sisters; Ethel, Novella, Mattie Lee, his brothers; Earnest, Arthur, Harry, Charlie and Robert. His sons; Baby Lloyd Felder, Charles and Billy Jones.
Those left to cherish his memories are: Don R. Jones (Wanda) of Greenville, TX., Tyrone Jones (Cheryl) of Greenville, TX., Rosie Jones of Odessa, TX., Debra Hayden of  Wichita Falls, TX., 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren. Nieces and Nephews; Walterrene May, Dorothy Payne, Walter Ray McCloud, Billy Payne, Dorothy Payne, Ella Louise Leonard, Ethel June Russell, Reverda Long and his Church Family.
