Charlie Robertson Obituary

Charlie Calvin Robertson was born on September 4, 1933, in Madon, Tennessee, to the late Lee Smith and Ozzie Robertson. He completed his education in Madon before answering the call to serve his country.


On July 21, 1953, Charlie enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served as a firefighter until his honorable discharge on September 19, 1955. During his service, he was stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base before returning to Wichita Falls to settle as a permanent resident.


Charlie married Gail Murphy on March 22, 2021, in Wichita Falls, sharing a loving bond until his passing.


He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Calvin Robertson.


Charlie leaves behind his beloved wife, Gail Robertson; Tia Brown and others he lovingly raised as his own; along with a host of grandchildren who will cherish his memory forever.
