Life’s Reflections
Charles W. Burnett was born in Marshall, Texas December 1, 1945. His family relocated to Wichita Falls when he was very young. Charles confessed a saving hope in Jesus Christ at an early age.
He received his formal education in Seymour, TX. After completing his studies, Charles worked for Lovett’s Plumbing and as a self employed plumber for many years culminating his career becoming the owner of Lovett’s Plumbing.
June 23, 2017, he United in Holy Matrimony with Charlene Burnett.
He was preceded in death by: his mother; Mary A. Williams, brothers; Rev. Jerry W. Oliver, Sr., Paul D. Burnett, Frank Dickey, Purvis Dickey, Jr., sisters; Margaret Burnett, Jessie L. Williams-Parker, Jessie Jones, grandson; Gerald D. Hickman, grand daughters; Jamie L. Fulton, Latoya Worthy and great grandson; Gary D. Hickman, III.
On Monday, January 13, 2020, Charles W. Burnett departed this walk of life and transitioned from Earth to glory.
Those left to cherish his precious memories are: his wife; Mrs. Charlene Burnett, his children; Cathy Burnett O’ bryant, Christine Manning, William Bible (Sheila), Barbara Jones, Veronica Hill (Billy), Velma Dillard (Jeffery), Smith C. Ellison, Pamela Burnett (Anthony), Tabrica Burnett-Long (Dominic). His Step Children; Dorothy Green, Jacqueline Green, Stephanie Green, Javalin Green, Louis Green, and Tammy Ellis. His siblings; Caluna J. Parker, Helen F. Burnett, Mahalia M. Williams, Willie nell Beasley (Joe), Arthur Williams and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
