Certia “Cenia” Williams was born August 23, 1964 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Amanda Broussard King and the late Phillip Broussard. She was the oldest of four children. Cenia was raised in Wichita Falls, Texas where she attended S.H. Rider High School , graduating in 1983. She accepted Christ in 1975 at an early age at St. John Baptist Church.

Cenia later met and married Donnie Williams Jr. in 1984, to this union four children were born Orlando, Donnie III, Ceslie and Britney. She loved her husband tremendously and cherished spending time with her family.

Cenia worked at Sprague Electric for several years. She later worked at Howmet for 32 years until she retired in 2022. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend.

Cenia was preceded in death by her; great grand- parents Daniel and Katie Pride, son, Orlando Williams, father Phillip Broussard, brothers, Phillip Jr., Roderick Davis, and sister, Kathy Daniels.

She leaves to celebrate her precious memories, her husband, Donnie Williams Jr., son Donnie III (Stephanie), daughters Ceslie and Britney. Grandchildren, Taleyah, Terrel Jr., Rhea, Kinsley, and Ezra. Her mother, Amanda, brother, Gary (Cassandra), sisters, Karen and Edith. Two uncles, four aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Cenia always felt that it was a special blessing to have shared in the love and care of her husband, son, daughters and mothering her grandchildren.
