Calvin Lanard Robertson passed away on January 31, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was 47 years old.
Born on November 11, 1978, in Wichita Falls, Texas, Calvin was the son of Charles Robertson and the late Edna McGee. He grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas. He graduated from Wichita Senior High, laying the foundation for a life marked by dedication and perseverance.
Calvin built a longstanding career with AT&T Wireless Services, where he worked for seventeen years. His commitment to his profession reflected his strong work ethic and reliability.
A man of faith, Calvin was a devoted member of the People's Church in Oklahoma City. His spiritual life was an important part of who he was and how he connected with his community.
Calvin was an avid sports fan and loved the Dallas Cowboys, UT Longhorns, and Oklahoma City Thunder.
Calvin leaves behind his beloved wife, Chanesta Robertson, and stepson Elijah Richardson. He is also mourned by his father, Charles Robertson of Wichita Falls; brothers Anthony Grant (Lisa) of Edmond, Oklahoma; Eddie Williams (Charlesetta) of Oklahoma City; Gary Neal (Debbie) of Wichita Falls; Pastor Rick McGee (Sally) of Wichita Falls; and sisters Benita McGee and Sandra Gross of Wichita Falls; and Gwendolyn McGee of Edmond, Oklahoma. He is remembered fondly by a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins whose lives he touched.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ms. Edna McGee; grandmother, Ms. Virgie Davis; and grandfather, Mr. Chester Davis. May Calvin’s memory bring comfort to those who knew him and loved him.
