Mae Harris Obituary

Mae Anna Harris, 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 15, 2018, in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was born March 7, 1931 in Emory, Texas, to Edgar & Aretha Barnette. She was a 1950 graduate of Terrell High School in Denison, Texas. 
She married Frank Harris on October 19, 1952 in Wichita Falls, Texas who preceded her in death. Mae worked at Sprague Electric for a number of years before retiring.
She truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; spending time with her family, and her church Jackson Memorial COGIC. 
Her life will be cherished in the lives of her Daughter, Beverly Jackson, Son-n-law Alvin Jackson (Florida), and Son, Samuel Harris, Daughter-n-law Ellen Harris (California). Sister, Helen Edmonds (Wichita Falls); Brother, Edgar Barnett Jr., & O’Linda Barnette (Wichita Falls); grandchildren Nicole Jackson, Alvin Jackson Jr., Irene Jackson, Monique Long, Derrick Long; Tiffany Harris, Shanna Harris, Drey Harris, Kasey Monroe, Craig Monroe, Ronnie Arradondo, and Trina Arradondo. 17 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her family and friends will greatly miss her but-she will always remain in our hearts And fondest memories.
