Our History

The Young & Company Funeral Home Funeral Home now (Ainsworth & Young) was founded in 1960 by Mr. Andrew T. and Mrs. Callie Young in the Historic Mount Pleasant Baptist Church (401 Sullivan St.) Throughout the years the Young family served the Wichita Falls community with high ethical and moral standards. Mr. Andrew Young transitioned from this life in September, 2004 and Mrs. Young in June, 2009.

The funeral home is now owned and operated by the Ainsworth Family since 2013. The Ainsworth Family name is synonymous with the funeral service industry throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
