Cory Allen Epps

Reflections of Cory's Life

Cory Allen Epps affectionately known as Chops was born on May 8, 1980 in Wichita Falls, Texas to the parentage of Joyce Epps and Algeron Clofer.

He was a graduate of John Hirschi High School, Class of 1998 where he played varsity football for two years.  He later played Semi-Professional Football for the Vernon Jaguars for two years. 

Cory enjoyed a interest in old cars and wood work. He also loved playing video games with friends.

He was employed as a PNA for the North Texas State Hospital for several years.

Those that preceded him in death are: his grandparents, Ester and James Allen Epps, his uncles: Albert, Sr., Marcell, Sr., Calvin Epps and his aunt: Loretta Epps-Brown.

Cory is survived by his mother: Joyce Epps of Wichita Falls, TX., his father: Algeron Clofer of New Orleans, LA., two brothers: Marcus of Ardmore, OK. and Tyrus (Brandi) of Plano, TX., his sister: Leia Epps (Donnie) of Wichita Falls, TX., his beloved nephew: Gabriel Epps, his nieces: Garria, Gerrez and Kennedy Epps, his aunt: Ramona, his uncles: Willard Epps (Debbie),  Wendell Walker (Tulare), Dean Ferguson and a host of cousins, other family and friends.
